Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Certain items, such as promotional or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns.
Process for Returns

- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return shipment.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the same method in which payment was received. Since Zaki Visionz only accepts Cash on Delivery, refunds will be provided in cash or via a mutually agreed method.
- Refund amounts may exclude shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges
- If you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement product instead of a refund (subject to availability).
- Exchanges are processed under the same conditions as returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
